Aman’s Secret Third Hotel Brand? These Signs Point to ‘Atma’

Aman appears to be working on a third ultra-luxury hotel brand, Atma. The first U.S. hotel may have 185 suites, an unusually high room count for the group. Here's what Skift found by sleuthing.

Aman Group, the ultra-luxury hospitality company known for secluded resorts with room counts you can tally on your fingers, appears to be preparing a new brand for larger hotels.

Walker & Dunlop issued a press release last week about its financing and advisory assistance for a Miami development. Buried in the details: The project would include a 185-suite hotel called "Atma Miami by Aman."

On Monday, Walker & Dunlop removed its press release, which had been on its site as of Sunday. Skift saved a copy of the release — see below — and found other signs pointing to the Atma brand.

In October, Aman registered Atma as a trademark covering hotel and branded residential accommodations. In 2022, Aman bought the atmahotels.com site from an Italian hotel association. It also registered atmaresorts.com through CSC Corporate Domains, according to Who
