SkyCycle concept puts bikes above London streets for less congestion, better views
Skift Take
In large metropolitan cities it is no surprise that people use bikes as their main form of transportation, sometimes even more than buses, trains and cars. A new concept is hitting the ground, or should we say sky in London… elevated bike lanes in the city center. Cyclists would pay a pound or two to ride from one location to another, bypassing traffic, street lights and distractions all over London. With London being one of the largest cities in the world and an epicenter for European travel this could pose as a great test market for other major cities around the world.
