JW Marriott Residences will now be launching in Dubai. CG Developers, the real estate arm of CG Corp Global, announced Thursday that it has signed on to build the emirate’s first one.
The project will sit on Dubai Islands, a new waterfront neighborhood the city is shaping as a third major island after Palm Jumeirah and Palm Jebel Ali. The development will include 115 ocean-view homes and is due for completion around mid-2027. Branded homes are fast becoming a major part of Dubai’s property scene.
