During this year’s Skift Global Forum 2016 in New York City, Yang spoke about the importance photos and visuals can have on consumer engagement within the travel industry. In an era of personalization, Yang believes brands have yet to view visual intelligence in the same way.

According to Yang, embracing minor optimized changes, such as using birds-eye view photos and images with people in them, can yield surprising results.
