>>LodgIQ raised a $5 million seed round from new investors Highgate Ventures and Trilantic Capital Partners and this is the New York City-based startup’s first funding round.

LodgIQ launched this month and is a hotel revenue management platform. It’s built around a multi-source big data ecosystem and combines machine learning with a user interface that delivers advanced recommendations and actionable analytics. The platform is designed to think, learn and morph with each user’s unique clickstream. The company has launched with five properties in New York City and plans to debut the product at ITB Berlin next month.
