Skift Forum Video: Tourism in a Digital Age from the Met's Chief Digital Officer
Skift Take
Sree Sreenivasan, the first Chief Digital Officer at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, spoke earlier this month at the Skift Global Forum.
At the Met, Sreenivasan leads a team devoted to digital, social, mobile, video, apps, data and more. He joined the Met after spending over two decades at Columbia University as a full-time professor at Columbia Journalism School and a year as the university’s first Chief Digital Officer.
"Audiences are overstimulated, hyper-connected and overcommitted." Sreenivasan told the audience. "The best news of all is they're curious."
Over the next three weeks, we will publish in full the presentations and interviews from the Forum. To follow along as they are added, bookmark this page.
In addition to his talk, he tweeted a photo gallery of the program and his opinion about the overall look and feel of the conference, which is embedded below the video.
Sreenivasan's talk "Creativity in Travel Videos," is in full below.
