One has to wonder whether Eventbrite's struggles as a public company will make the event-tech sector less attractive to investors in the future.

The drama continues as Eventbrite remains under pressure from investors with its integration of Ticketfly dragging on and driving away customers in the process.

Perhaps the company was too ambitious for its own good as it geared up to go public. Despite the slow integration, the company's core ticketing service continues to drive revenue growth for the company.
