Hyatt continues global expansion with new hotel planned for Armenian capital

There are few destinations left where travelers can’t brand-name hotels, which either provides the comforts of home or diminishes the novelty of travel depending on how you look at it.

Hyatt Hotels has entered into an agreement with Ginekar for a Hyatt Place Hotel in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia.

Slated to open in the spring of 2013…the hotel will be located next to Republic Square, the heart of Yerevan’s city centre, and is in close proximity to…Abovyan Street, the city’s main thoroughfare.
