Canadians are continuing to skip trips to the U.S. in large numbers, according to data released Wednesday by Statistics Canada.
The number of Canadian residents returning by car from the U.S. fell 30.5% in October from last year, while return trips by air dropped by nearly 24%. That wasn't as steep a drop as in September, but marked the 10th straight month of decreases in Canadian residents returning by car from the U.S.
