Skift Take

Here's everything you need to know about Skift Global Forum kicking off today in New York City. Can't make it in person? We offer the next best thing, with suggestions on how to stay on top of session topics and speaker insights over the next two days.

Skift Global Forum starts today at 8:45 a.m. Eastern Time, and we don’t want you to miss a beat.

We are happy to welcome top executives and the smartest minds in travel to share their views on where the industry is heading in the year ahead. Skift is offering a packed agenda all day Thursday and early Friday, taking place in the spectacular space at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City.

Expect to hear a lot about the latest trends from leaders in aviation, hospitality, technology, online travel, cruising, and destination marketing. Small but inspiring brands will share how they are carving out new niches in travel. You will also learn how our speakers see a post-experience economy, a new reality that travel brands will have to face.

If you can’t be with us live in New York, you can read our original stories throughout the day on Thursday and Friday, written by our expert journalists. Then, connect with us on social media. We’ll be live tweeting the event plus posting on FacebookLinkedIn, and Instagram.

We will not be live streaming this year’s Forum, but full video interviews will be available from our sessions in the weeks ahead. Be sure to check back with Skift for those. What’s more, a digital version of the print magazine we handed out at the event will be available on skift.com next week.

Here’s the full schedule.
