New Updates for Skift Global Forum

Skift Take

Mark your calendars! Announcing a new format at the 2018 Skift Global Forum. We want to see you there.

As we enter this summer holiday week here in the US, I want to share some exciting news. We’ve made some updates to our program for Skift Global Forum!

You probably know by now that this is our biggest and most expansive event of the year. Skift Global Forum brings together over 1,100 attendees representing all sectors of the travel industry. The 2018 Forum will take place on September 27-28th, and now you can check out our initial program. Time to plan your trip to New York City!

What’s new with our format this year? We realize your time out of the office is extremely valuable, and we want to allow you more opportunities to connect and enjoy what the great city of New York has to offer. We even shortened the program to a more streamlined 1.5 day event.

We heard your feedback loud and clear, so we are allotting more networking time at our opening event from 2 hours to 3 hours! Stay tuned for details — it’s going to be better than ever at an even cooler location.

The 2018 event will have our trademark “TED talk” format with many networking breaks and some awesome workshops to choose from for even more learning opportunities.

Our session topics are still in the works. We strive to have a program and speaker lineup that is as strong and diverse as our attendee base, and we take immense care in deciphering trends and disruptions to address on our stage. We currently have over 25 c-level and executive speakers confirmed. Stay tuned for more!
