The 3 Hotel Brands on Fortune's List of Best Global Workplaces for 2016

Skift Take
When it comes to the best global companies to work for, these three hospitality companies stood out from the rest — Hyatt, AccorHotels, and Hilton.
Since 2011, Fortune and Great Place to Work have teamed to uncover 25 of the world's best multinational workplaces. These are companies that have appeared on at least five national best workplaces lists that use information from a Trust Index employee survey and Culture Audit assessment, have at least 5,000 employees globally, and have 40 percent or 5,000 employees based outside of their headquarters country.
What propelled these three companies to the top 25 list? According to Fortune and Great Place to Work, it all had to do with employee feedback.
A quote from a Hyatt employee, for example, reads: "I feel valued here. The brand is great, and the people who work here are great. I feel that my managers and colleagues are supportive, and that everyone is treated fairly and equally. Hyatt recognizes dedicated workers, and will help you progress."
Earlier this year, Hyatt and Hilton were also recognized on Fortune's Top 100 Companies to Work For list, with Hyatt ranked 47th and Hilton ranked 56th. They were joined by Kimpton (20th), Four Seasons (70th), and Marriott (83rd).
In the 2015 rankings for the Best Global Companies to Work For, Marriott was ranked 11th, Accor ranked 18th, and Hyatt was ranked 19th.
