>>Fineway raised a $2.5 million seed round from new investors actori cee, Bayern Kapital, Connected Technologies and MairDumont and this is the München, Germany-based startup’s first funding round.

Fineway bills itself as a premium travel club and plans luxury, bespoke vacations across all continents around a handful of themed experiences.

>>RoomsTonite raised a $1.5 million seed round from new investors Lashit Sanghvi, Nikhil Vora, Ralph Berezan and Venkat Vardhan and this is the Bengaluru, India-based startup’s first funding round.

Founded in 2014, RoomsTonite is a mobile app for last-minute hotel bookings in India and the company has so far partnered with more than 4,000 hotels across 325 destinations in the country.
