Fitness-focused EVEN Hotels confirms second New York City property

Both properties will open in 2015 with the idea that building up brand in NYC will give it the profile it needs to eventually launch the brand in other U.S. cities.
Global hotel giant InterContinental Hotels Group has signed a deal to open the second location of its pioneering mid-priced EVEN Hotels brand focused on wellness and fitness.
The company is announcing today that the second property will be located at 321 West 35th Street in midtown Manhattan, in the Garment District near such attractions as the Empire State Building and Times Square.
The 150-room, 25-floor hotel will be a new build rather than a conversion, and will open in mid-2015.
