German art book publisher Taschen is releasing a book this March with 100 of the world's most beautiful and relaxing getaways. The accommodations included in the two-volume collection, 100 Getaways Around the World, range from small inns to luxury resorts.
A few of the unique properties featured are hillside cottages on the small Caribbean island of Nevis, a resort isolated in a Utah valley, and cabins that overlook a Mexican winery.
There are also safari camps in the Botswana savanna and houses for hermits on a small Swedish island.
The hotels were selected based on their style, location, and experience based on price.
