The IOC is warning that global warming could impact the Winter Olympics while simultaneously standing by fossil-fuel sponsorships.
The International Olympic Committee will require future Olympic hosts to meet new climate-related standards starting in 2030, the organization told Skift, warning that rising temperatures are making the Games harder to stage.
