United Hospitality Management Enters India with Boutique Hotel Brand Acquisition

Rosastays gives United Hospitality Management a foothold in the part of India’s hotel market that’s growing fastest. Sometimes the small stuff is the strategy.

Global hospitality management company United Hospitality Management (UHM) on Tuesday announced its entry into India with the acquisition of boutique hotel operator Rosastays.

This gives the company a ready presence across key leisure destinations and a base of owners to work with from day one.

The hospitality company now controls Rosastays’ 17 operating properties in popular tourist destinations like Goa, Kasauli, Nainital, Pushkar and Shimla. Some of those properties would be moving into the UHM portfolio on a phased schedule through early 2026. The company says the deal gives it a foothold in India’s fast-growing leisure travel segment along with a pipeline that already includes more than 700 rooms.
