Hotel tech company Mews said Tuesday that raised another $75 million. The company has now raised a total of $410 million, including $110 million a year ago.

The company is not disclosing the valuation for this round. Last year, the company was valued at $1.2 billion.

Mews primarily provides a property management system for hotels, which handles operations like check-in and check-out, guest management, and housekeeping. Its clients are mostly independent hotel companies, many of them of Europe. Customers include BWH Hotels, Strawberry, The Social Hub, and Airelles Collection.

Mews, based in Amsterdam, is among a number of late-stage travel tech startups that have collectively raised billions of dollars in the past couple of years to modernize outdated software systems

Investment firm Tiger Global led the round for Mews, with support from existing investors Kinnevik, Battery Ventures, and Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives.

Tiger Global has previously invested in business-to-business software companies including Toast, Procore, and ServiceTitan. The firm is also an investor in Waymo, which develops self-driving cars that Uber is using for rideshare in the U.S.

Mews has a big focus on expanding in the U.S., where it has invested $50 million in the past couple of years.

One strategy for growth is via acquisition. The company secured a $100 million loan in September toward that effort.

Mews in January announced its twelfth acquisition to date. There’s been an unprecedented level of M&A in travel tech recently, led by small deals by companies like Mews.

The company says it grew over 50% in 2024, generating over $200 million in revenue and processing over $10 billion in payments on behalf of clients. It doubled revenue in North America in 2024 and also doubled the number of hospitality brands using its products.
