What is the future of packaged tours in a post-Covid-19 world? That is a big question that a battered tour operator industry will be thinking through in coming months and possibly years to come. Group travel, which is what majority of packaged travel is comprised of, will have challenges in a socially-distanced and hygiene-hyperaware world of travelers, if and when they are ready. Will packaged travel make a come back as people want more self-contained holidays?

Prior to this role, she served as CEO of Time Out Digital, the media arm of the Time Out Group. She previously spent nearly a decade with Tripadvisor; serving as president of TripAdvisor for business and as chief marketing officer.
