The U.S. inbound travel market needs all the good news it can get at the moment — and Poland's official entry into the visa waiver program is just that.

In a much-needed bright spot for the U.S. travel industry, Poland became the 39th country to be added to the visa waiver program on Wednesday. From Nov. 11, Polish nationals will be eligible to apply for the waiver using the Electronic System for Travel Authorization — more commonly referred to as ESTA — enabling them to visit the U.S. for 90 days without a visa.
