Skift Forum Europe Is Next Week
Skift Take
Next week, months of cross-continental planning will come together at the second annual Skift Forum Europe.
Berlin’s gorgeous Cafe Moskau is our home base for an immersive, intimate day of sessions from the biggest leaders and innovators in travel.
We have planned a full day of talks moderated by Skift’s editorial team. Like our daily editorial coverage, we aim to pull no punches and get to the heart of issues facing the industry.

The morning will begin by featuring leadership from Airbnb, Club Med, Marriott International, and more. Thomas Cook Group CEO Peter Fankhauser will examine how to reinvent mass market tourism. Later, Global Brand Officer of Marriott International Tina Edmundson will pose a big question: Do brands even matter anymore?
We will examine the continued impacts of Brexit, and how widespread digital fatigue affects airlines. Sessions from Facebook, AccorHotels, Google, Amadeus Ventures, Lufthansa Group, and others will round out the afternoon.
When you leave Berlin, you will be able to synthesize emerging trends in every sector while also predicting creative and business opportunities as 2018 continues.
We believe your participation and passion is what sets our industry apart, so we’ve made it easy to make connections. Throughout the day, attendees can use the Q&A tool in the Skift Forum Europe mobile app to ask questions and engage in big picture thinking with our speakers. Chat with fellow attendees through the app to network during a quick coffee break!
