The first airline merger to be announced on Twitter gave way to a flood of reactions and questions from U.S. flyers that basically only concerned with one thing: how the new airline would impact them.
American Airlines and US Airways took to Twitter this morning to official announce the merger to create the world’s largest airline. Both social media teams were apparently on overdrive answering every Tweet and questions sent their way.
Here are some of Americans’ Twitter reactions from this morning and as news was breaking last night:
