Yes, this is a commercial film from an outdoor brand, but shows the value of well-made videos and how they can resonate with customers and general users alike.

Every couple of months, 68-year-old Ed Zevely rides into the Colorado high country to camp for weeks at a time—and he does it completely alone. Through thunderstorms, open meadows and treacherous passes, he finds his own patch of serenity. Far from the modern world, it’s a place where the only goal is to move and breathe, and where you can truly understand the difference between loneliness and solitude.

And to think that this is a piece of video from a commercial brand, Filson, the iconic men’s and women’s outdoor clothing, accessories and luggage brand out of Seattle. Very well done video about a real-life Filson customer, the 68-year old outdoorsman from Colorado, Ed Zevely.
