We’ve been reporting that the experiences space is ripe for consolidation.

Peek, which powers operating systems for providers of tours and activities, announced two acquisitions Thursday and an additional $70 million in funding.

Peek is acquiring Acme Ticketing, a software company that helps attractions manage memberships, donations, and ticketing, and Connect&Go, which offers RFID technology and on-site visitor tools, such as check-in kiosks to theme parks, water parks, and other attractions.

Peek helps run everything on the back end for businesses in the experiences space, from online booking and payments to marketing
