Silvercar raised a $28 million Series C round from new investor Audi and existing investors Austin Ventures and Eduardo Saverin bringing the Austin, Texas-based startup's total funding to $59.5 million.

Silvercar is a mobile app for car rentals and is in 12 U.S. city and airport locations so far. Silvercar also partnered with Audi and the companies will work in together to develop Audi Shared Fleet, a turnkey solution for businesses looking to provide transportation to their employees on corporate campuses.
