Expedia to open offline cruise stores in Fort Lauderdale

Expedia is a large cruise seller, and Florida is a logical place to give retail-cruise outlets a try.
Travel agency Expedia CruiseShipCenters wants to build four retail and six sales center franchises in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Winter Haven over the next year.
It is unclear how many of the centers will be built at each location, but Matthew Eichhorst, president of Expedia CruiseShipCenters, said there has been more interest for the South Florida area than anywhere else in the entire U.S.
