The top 10 safest airlines in the world have been revealed.

Europe’s┬áJet Airliner Crash Data Evaluation Centre (JACDEC)┬áreleased the list this week. The website monitors crashes all around the world, photographing planes in the worst possible state.

JACDEC says their roster is “based on our annual safety calculations which include all hull loss accidents and serious incidents in the last 30 years of operations in relation to the revenue passenger kilometers (RPK) performed in the same time.”

Here it is. The top ten safest airlines in the world.

  2. Air New Zealand
  3. Cathay Pacific
  4. Emirates
  5. Etihad
  6. Eva Air (Taiwan)
  7. TAP (Portugal)
  8. Hainan Airlines
  9. Virgin Australia
  10. British Airways
