The carry-on suitcase that doubles as a scooter for frantic flyers
Skift Take
The travel industry is abuzz about the tech innovations that are changing the way we travel, but there’s been some pretty quirky and creative offline gadget releases this year too. (Ostrich pillow, anyone?)
Swiss design company Micro Mobility designs a scooter luggage case that gets you to the boarding gate at record speed. Attached to the back of the hard-case luggage is a kickboard that can fold down and help users roll to their destinations.
Designed in conjunction with luggage manufacturer Samsonite, the “Micro Luggage” is the perfect companion for travelers as it travels as a carry-on and has a weight capacity of over 220 lbs.
