Complaints about Apple’s new iPhone and iPad maps product take over Twitter

    Google had years of mapping experience with its browser-based maps before it moved to mobile, so it’s understandable that Apple will face significant challenges with the new product. Luckily, Apple has a locked-in user base passionate about its hardware.

    Although customers desperate for a new iPhone 5 are still waiting in lines across the world, existing iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch users who upgraded to iOS 6 on Wednesday have been engaged with the new maps product for two days.

    And they’re not happy about the maps. Fortunately, they have Twitter.
