Inflight Wi-Fi company Gogo provides free Wi-Fi for a number of partners, but probably hopes customers will end up paying Gogo to reach the sites they care about instead of browsing eBay for free.
In-flight connectivity service provider Gogo this morning announced that it has signed up a new partner for its digital multimedia platform. Starting today, passengers of both Delta Air Lines and Virgin America will get free access to e-commerce juggernaut eBay.
Ebay joins a list of Gogo partners that includes Amazon.com (as well as Zappos.com), StubHub, OpenTable and Hotel Tonight, among others.
