Top iPhone and iPad travel apps for the busiest travel week in U.S.

We’re keeping an eye on the top downloaded travel apps every day of this Thanksgiving travel week, and Tuesday is the day when the main crush of travel starts traditionally. Today, this is how it stands for top iPhone and iPad travel apps, courtesy AppAdvice.

Note that all of them are utility apps, either in booking, transaction or managing various aspects of the travel value chain. Not one of them is in the social travel/inspiration space where most of the travel startups are getting funded (and failing).
