Mark Hoplamazian, CEO of Hyatt Hotels, spoke at the Skift Global Forum about bringing a new perspective to the hospitality industry.

Hoplamazian was the first speaker on the first day of the conference, and he began by challenging attendees to focus on empathy in the industry, or as he called it “Bringing humanity back into hospitality.”
