Nobu expands brand from restaurants to hotels with new Vegas venture

Famed chef Nobu Matsuhisa, the force behind one of the world’s best known Japanese restaurant chains, is slated to open his first-ever Nobu Hotel on the Las Vegas strip early next year.

And things appear to be moving along. The hotel, which is located within Caesars Palace, launched its website today, and is now taking reservations for rooms beginning in early February 2013. It’s scheduled to soft open at the end of this year.
