A Delta passenger has praised CEO Richard Anderson for giving up his seat on a late night Washington National-Atlanta flight so that she could get home.
Anderson moved to the aircraft’s jump seat on June 13 so that the passenger, Jesse Frank, eighth on the standby list, could take his seat, Frank said in a post on her Facebook site. The Monday post was reposted on the Flyertalk Web site.
“You, Richard Anderson, the CEO of Delta, did all that for me, just an average, middle-aged, woman with, as far as anyone at Delta knew, no special reason to get home,” wrote Frank
