All Nippon Airways has revealed the livery designs for two more aircraft decorated with Star Wars liveries as part of its brand cross-over agreement with The Walt Disney Company (Japan) Ltd.
Its first Star Wars livery featured R2-D2 on a 787-9 Dreamliner. The new liveries introduce a new Star Wars character, BB-8, from the new film Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
The BB-8 ANA Jet will be a Boeing 777-300ER. A second Star Wars ANA Jet, a Boeing 767-300, will feature both BB-8 and R2-D2 on the fuselage.
The special-edition ANA Star Wars planes will also have Star Wars-themed aircraft interiors trim, including headrest covers, paper napkins, and cups featuring Star Wars characters.
ANA will also be the first and only airline in the world licensed to screen all six of the current Star Wars films on its in-flight entertainment systems on international routes.
