Working for any of the U.S. airlines these days isn’t an easy or happy task, and considering all the cuts they have made, the airlines’ main business these days is capacity utilization, not customer or employee satisfaction.
Still, which are the happiest/best airlines to work for? And how does it affect passengers, who if they don’t get any customer service out of airlines, would at least want to know which are the least grumpiest?
PayScale, an HR software company, tried to figure it out: it analyzed data from leading airlines to find out who has the highest-paid, least-stressed, happiest employees, in light of the upcoming busiest travel season of the year.
