Hurricane Irma Response by France and the UK Gets Criticized in the Caribbean
Stranded Dutch tourists at the airport in St. Maarten had to stand around and watch as American and Canadian travelers got relief flights out of the Irma-damaged islands. French, British and Dutch authorities are getting criticized for neglecting their Caribbean holdings after the hurricane.
