Red Lion Hotels Corp. (RLH) on Tuesday reported third-quarter profit of $2.3 million.
On a per-share basis, the Spokane, Washington-based company said it had net income of 11 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and costs related to mergers and acquisitions, were 24 cents per share.
The hospitality company posted revenue of $45.6 million in the period.
Red Lion Hotels shares have risen 25 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $8.75, a rise of 18 percent in the last 12 months.
