New York City’s official marketing and tourism group is showcasing the diverse Corona, Queens neighborhood in its “Insider Guide.”
NYC & Company said Wednesday that Corona is the “perfect neighborhood to explore” for visitors who are in Queens for the U.S. Open tennis tournament.
The neighborhood in north-central Queens includes Latin American, South Asian, Chinese and Korean immigrants. The No. 7 subway line is sometimes known as the “International Express.”
In addition to dining and recreation, the attractions include the Queens Zoo, the New York Hall of Science and the Louis Armstrong House Museum.
