Loews Corp., the holding company led by New York’s Tisch family, named Kirk Kinsell chief executive officer of its hotels business.

Kinsell, who worked previously for InterContinental Hotels Group Plc, will take over March 2 for Paul Whetsell, who will become vice chairman, Loews said today in a statement distributed by PR Newswire.
