A nightmare scenario for anyone.

At least sixteen Romanian tourists died and 31 thirty were seriously injured as a bus skidded off a main road in Montenegro, Montenegro’s state television RTCG reported, citing Transportation Minister Ivan Brajovic.

The bus, driving between Montenegro’s capital Podgorica and Kolasin, in the north of the former Yugoslav republic, slid off the road around 5 p.m. on yesterday into a canyon near the Moraca monastery, the broadcaster said on its website.

Montenegrin police are investigating the accident, according to Interior Minister Rasko Konjevic. Seven passengers had life-threatening injuries.
