MIAMI–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Regent Seven Seas Cruises (Seven Seas Cruises S. DE R.L. or the “Company”) today reported results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012. Revenue for the first quarter of 2012 was up 15.5 percent reaching a record amount for the first quarter of $119.9 million, compared to $103.8 million in the first quarter of 2011.
