This collaboration between Frommer's and Inkling is the first made-for-iOS guide that doesn't try to cram a book into an app or replicate website functionality. Other guidebook publishers will need to return to the drawing board.
Frommer’s, the market leader in travel guides, and Inkling, the publisher behind interactive digital textbooks, have launched Monday what they call “the first-ever truly interactive travel guides for iPhone and iPad.”
