>>TurnKey raised a $10 million Series B round from new investor Altos Ventures and existing investor Silverton Partners bringing the Austin, Texas-based startup’s total funding to $20 million.

Launched in 2013, TurnKey has about three-dozen vacation rental markets in the U.S.; mostly in Texas, California and a few other western states, and manages nearly 1,000 homes. The company helps property owners with guest management, home maintenance, financial reporting and tax payments. It plans to use the new funding to expand into new markets.

>>Le Collectionist raised a $2.2 million seed round from new investors Dominique Vidal, Frederic Halley, Partech Ventures and XAnge Private Equity and is this is the Paris-based startup’s first funding round.

The luxury vacation rental company lets luxury villa owners rent out their properties to travelers. Le Collectionist ensures that there’s a house manager nearby during a guest’s stay and guests are assigned a private concierge. Properties are grouped on its site based on what kind of experience a guest is looking for such as island or mountain estates.

>>CrowdRiff raised a $2 million seed round from new investors BDC Capital, Gibraltar Ventures, High Alpha Capital and Foundation Capital and this is the Toronto-based startup’s first funding round.

CrowdRiff is a visual and social marketing company aggregating relevant user-generated photos and videos for destination marketing organizations and other travel brands’ social media channels. The company was founded in 2014 and has about 75 clients including Travel Portland, Colorado Tourism, Destination New South Wales and Azamara Cruises.

CrowdRiff allows clients to send out personalized replies, likes and comments whenever they take action on content and also has a flexible rights management system letting clients choose how requests are delivered and how permissions are granted to create the ideal user flow for their communities.
