Most Americans spent the week freezing thanks to the polar vortex system that has made temperatures plummet almost everywhere in the country. Many chose to use the cold as a chemistry lesson, throwing boiling water into the air and watching it turn to icy snow in a matter of seconds. Unfortunately, Belize today is a balmy 80 degrees — so that trick doesn’t work as well there, as shown in this hilarious Instagram video the country’s travel authority posted. The video is part of Olson‘s ongoing campaign for the Belize Tourism Board.
