The Latest Intelligence on the Travel Industry

The tourism industry in New Orleans is launching its own civic pride campaign, along the lines of the Young Leadership Council’s enduring “Proud to call it home” movement, meant to stoke residents’ support of the sprawling hospitality industry and enlist their help in promoting the city to visitors.

Called “New Orleans Will” and run by the New Orleans Convention and Visitors Bureau, the effort includes advertisements on television, the Internet and in print publications, videos and other messages shared through social media sites, a dedicated website and billboards.
