Seattle-based vacation rental startup Dwellable, still in the search for a sustainable way to compete against the biggies and slew of startups in the space, has brought on a new CEO: Kirby Winfield. Winfield come from Comscore, where he was the SVP of corporate development, having sold his company AdXpose to them in 2011.

He comes in to replace Dwellable co-founder Brenda Spoonemore, who left the CEO position in February. Urbanspoon co-founder Adam Doppelt, who started Dwellable, is still with the company and is the product lead at the startup.

Even though this is a tough space with lots of startups, some of which have already fallen by the wayside, Dwellable is positioning itself as a mobile focused player different from others. Still early to tell what happens, and with new CEO, gives it a fresh chance to define itself.
