Report: Social Media Customer Service in the Travel Industry

So here is the first official hint from American Airlines that post-bankruptcy it is going in for a new look and design — what in industry parlance is called airline livery. In a brand new holiday video titled “Putting American Airlines Back on Top” with tons of lame rah-rah-ism about the “New American,” the last few seconds feature a tease about the new tail, hidden below a black plastic cover.

This will put to rest the speculation about will they or won’t they, but won’t quell what the design would look like. We did our roundup of possible designs American could adopt earlier in August.
